Where Stephen tattoos 

Newquay, Cornwall.

 

Stephen is currently tattooing in a small private studio in Newquay, Cornwall, not far from the centre of town.

The studio has one other artist, Danielle of Silverbird tattoos, who he rents the chair from. The studio is very private, quiet and clean. All tattoos are by appointment only.

I’ve been getting tattooed by Steve for over ten years, and there’s a reason I’ve never gone anywhere else since. I was lucky enough to be one of his friends to practice his new form of artwork. From my very first piece to the many large, detailed works I’ve had done since, he has consistently delivered outstanding artistry with a level of professionalism that’s genuinely rare.

His pricing is now set incredibly fairly,  especially considering the quality of his work. You can tell he cares far more about the art and the client than anything else. Every session feels relaxed, safe, and collaborative — he listens, advises, and brings ideas to life in ways that always exceed expectations.
Beyond being friends with this phenomenal tattooist, his family have also become trusted friends. Even after moving away from Cornwall I will always book in for more work at least twice a year, travelling for over 5 hours and will not be tattooed by anyone else. Now she is old enough my eldest daughter now has work done by Steve too. His studio is a place where you feel welcomed, respected, and completely confident that you’re in the hands of someone who takes pride in every line and every detail.
If you’re looking for an artist who combines skill, integrity, and genuine passion, you won’t find anyone better. I couldn’t recommend him more highly.
